    • The logo will be used online, in print, and on merchandise. Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to resize easily and to look good in black and white as well as in color. It should also be visually appealing on both large and small scales.

    • The LRPPG partners retain the right to present logo submissions to a professional design agency for corrections, edits, and refinements. This does not affect submission prize awards or acknowledgement.

    • Logos must be submitted in a .png and/or .jpg format.

    • Submissions do not have to be a vector file; drawings will be accepted with the understanding that the LRPPG partners will send the file to a design agency for digital rendering.

    • All contestants affirm their submissions are their own original work, have not been copied from others or from previous designs, including their own, and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.

Entries will be judged on their visual appeal, adherence to the concept prompting the contest, quality of design, and ease of reproduction.

    • The LRPPG reserves the right not to select a winner if, at the Committee’s sole discretion, no suitable entries are received. This will not affect the $20 gift card sent to the first 20 logo contestants.

    • The winner will be required to sign a contract assigning all ownership of the logo to LRPPG.

    • The winner will be notified via email and announced on the LRPPG Facebook page and website.
