Pickling Vegetables Workshop

Recap: 

UC Master Food Preserver Denneigh Jo Denton led an hour and half hands on demonstration on how to safely start pickling. Samples of a variety of pickled goods were available and the first 12 participants went home with a pickling starter kit.
