"Mint to Be" Plant Sale Cart

Support local restoration, grow native, and take a piece of the Parkland home with you!

The Louis Robidoux Parkland & Pecan Grove (LRPPG) Native Plant Cart offers the community a chance to purchase California native plants grown right here in our on-site nursery! These plants support local biodiversity, attract pollinators, and are adapted to thrive in Southern California’s climate.

Where to Find It:

You can visit the plant sale cart on the third Thursday of each month between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM, October through March. We’ll also bring it out for select workshops, like our upcoming Native Plants Workshop, depending on plant availability from the Thursday before.

How It Works

Our "Mint to Be" plant cart is open during select workshops and community events, but only when we have extra plants available after our restoration projects. Because of this, availability varies, and quantities are limited. If you’d like to check ahead, you can email IERCD's Nursery Programs Specialist, Sam Nielsen, at snielsen@iercd.org no more than 2 weeks before your visit.

Purchases are cashless and self-service, but we’ll always have a staff member available to assist if needed). To purchase:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed on the cart.
  2. Select the number of plants you’d like to purchase.
  3. Check out directly on your phone.
  4. Take your plants home the same day! We’re unable to hold or store them for later pickup.
